- Checkout happens on Treatstock, right here in the page. The order window below is Treatstock — the 3D-printing order platform we partner with. You pay them, not us directly: your money sits in escrow until your order is completed, and the job routes straight to our Knoxville shop and nowhere else. Receipts, tracking, and order messages come from Treatstock, and we never see your payment details.
- One color per uploaded file. Click each file in the order window to set its own material and color — a multi-part model can mix colors freely. Want multiple colors baked into a single piece? That's a custom job — email us and we'll price it properly.
- Once printing starts, the design is locked. Tweaks, scaling, and material changes all happen before the job hits the printer — what you upload and order is what gets printed. Spot a mistake right after ordering? Message us through Treatstock immediately and we'll catch it if the job hasn't started.

Three steps, a few minutes. Payment is handled securely with escrow — your money isn't released until your order is completed.
Drop in your STL or PLY (other formats supported). You'll see it rendered in 3D right in the order window. Tip: plain STL works best — slicer project files get split into their separate parts.
Choose from what's actually on our shelves — the price updates live as you pick.
Pay securely through the widget. We print it in Knoxville and ship it, or you pick it up local for free.

Grab a ready-to-print model from MakerWorld (Bambu's own library — the files play nicest with our printers), Printables, or Thingiverse, then download the STL or 3MF and upload it above. Just make sure the model's license allows printing.
